Tennis Fall 1-2021

Fall tennis are in two sessions: outdoor and indoor

1. Outdoor:

* Beginner (max 18 players, coach player ratio 1:6)

  – Time: Saturdays 16h00-18h00, Wednesdays 18h00-20h00

  – Fee: 599$

  – Class dates:

    + Saturdays (7): Sep. 11, 18, 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23

    + Wednesdays (7): Sep. 15, 22, 29, Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27

Beginner racket:

  – Junior: 45$

  – Adult (11+ y/o): 80$

* Intermediate (max 12 players, coach player ratio: 1:4)

  – Time: Saturdays 14h00-16h00, Thursdays 18h00-20h00

  – Fee: 699$

  – Class dates:

    + Saturdays (7): Sep. 11, 18, 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23

    + Thursdays (7): Sep. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28

In case of rain, make up class will be on following Friday. E.g. rain on Sept 11, make up on Sep 17. Any rain class that cannot be made up before Oct 31 will be carried forward as a credit to later sessions.

* Outdoor venue: generally in St Laurent, to be confirmed prior to start date

2. Indoor session: indoor session information will be confirmed early September. Please check back

* Existing or returning player will enjoy 15$ credit

* To sign up, please follow the instructions below:

   1. Click HERE to fill out the online registration form.

   2. After receiving the confirmation from the administration, e-transfer a deposit of 100$ upon registration to hold the spot

   3. An email and a group message will be sent out three days prior to the start date.

   4. Balance to be paid on the first day, check, cash or e-transfer accepted.

* A 15$ credit will be granted for the second player from the same family

* The credits cannot be combined. I.e. A returning player who is also from the same family can enjoy maximum 15$ credit.

Refund policy:

* Registration fee will not be refunded in any case (30$ new player, 15$ returning player)

* If cancel less than one week (including 7 days) prior to start date: Refund = deposit – registration fee

* Equipment fee (if paid) will be fully refunded if no equipment has been issued. NO refund once the equipment has been issued

* Cancelation due to on court injury: full refund or credit for all remaining sessions

* No credit or refund for any missing session due to personal reasons

* Cancelation after the start date: Refund = Total fees paid – registration fee – sessions taken – 100$ penalty Triple-A Sports reserves the rights to final explanations of all the clauses written explicitly or implied.
