Fall Tennis 2020

Fall tennis will be divided into two sessions: outdoor and indoor. The coach to player ratio is 1:4. All sessions are limited to 8 players only.

Outdoor sessions (Venue: Saint-Laurent):

  • Session Orange (beginner 9+): Wednesdays and Fridays 17:00 – 18:30
  • Session Blue (intermediate): Wednesdays and Fridays 18:30 – 20:00
  • Dates:  
    • September: 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 (7)
    • October: 2, 7, 9, 14, 16 (5)

In case of rain, make up dates will be in the week of Oct 19

  • Session Red (beginner U9): Thursdays 17:00-18:30, Saturdays 15:00 – 16:30
  • Session Green (intermediate / advanced): Thursday 18:30 – 20:00, Saturdays 16:30 – 18:00
  • Dates:  
    • September:  10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 (6)
    • October: 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17 (6)
  • Fees: 299$

Indoor sessions (CDL – Saint-Laurent, to be confirmed at a later date):

    • December: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 (6)

Fees to be advised (last year was 750$, this year expect an increase of around 10% due to higher court fees)

* The place will be reserved only after the transfer is received.

Refund policy:

* Registration fee will not be refunded in any case;

* Equipment fee will be fully refunded if no equipment has been issued. No refund once the equipment has been issued.

* If cancel 10 days prior the start date: full refund (total amount paid – registration fee)

* If cancel 5 days prior to start date: 80% course fee will be refunded (80% course fee + equipment fee)

* If cancel less than 5 days prior to start date: 50% course fee will be refunded (50% course fee + equipment fee)

* If cancel on or after start date: no refund or credit

* Cancelation due to on court injury unfit to continue: credit or 80% refund for all remaining sessions

* No credit or refund for any missing session due to personal reasons

Covid-19 Disclaimer:

In consideration of health of all coaches and players, all players and parents agree to respect the following rules:

  1. Anyone (including player and parents) showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 (or COVID-19 like symptoms) MUST stay home.
  2. Anyone exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19 (or COVID-19 like symptoms) during the class, he (or she) shall immediately cease the participation and remove themselves from the court or the establishment. Coaches or Triple-A staff may require the player or parent showing such signs or symptoms to leave the court or the establishment immediately.
  3. Coaches and players are required to wash hands with soap and water, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the courts.
  4. Players are asked to refrain from touching the face during the class.
  5. Only the players and the teaching staff are allowed in the courts. Parents wishing to stay and see the training session MUST wear protective facial gears.
  6. Players are required to keep distance as much as possible. Parents must respect the social distancing rule and keep the 2-meter distance at all times.
  7. Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue or into your arm (elbow)

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INFORMED CONSENT AGREEMENT

By signing up for Triple-A program(s), the players and parents hereby acknowledge that:

  1. It is understood that privileges may be revoked in the event the conduct is not in keeping with the Triple-A’s standards;
  2. The players and parents are aware and agree to comply with the General Protocols regarding COVID-19 during the stay on and off the court or establishment, regardless whether such protocols have been specified above or not;

The players and parents are aware of the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume such risks including but limited to: exposure to the infection; risk of get infected; any after effect caused by such exposure or infection, e.g. illness, permanent disability, and / or death.
